Responsibilities
Provide general dentistry — exams, restorative care, and treatment planning — for an established patient panel.
Collaborate with hygiene and specialty providers on integrated treatment plans.
Participate in a structured mentorship track with a senior dentist during the first 6 months.
Maintain clinical documentation and case-presentation standards consistent with group protocols.
What we’re looking for
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school; active or eligible-for state license.
0–5 years of clinical experience — this role is structured to support newer associates.
Genuine interest in a long-term, low-turnover practice environment.
Malpractice coverage eligibility.
