Morrow Dental Group started as a single practice in Westlake in 2011. Every clinic since has opened because the last one was already full — not because a spreadsheet said to expand.
A dentist you see once a year should still recognize your chart, your history, and your face.
That’s the test every new location has to pass before it opens: can a patient get the same continuity of care here as they would across town? If the answer is no, we’re not ready to open it yet.

Shared clinical standards
A clinical leadership team sets shared protocols for infection control, treatment planning, and continuing education across every location, so the standard of care doesn’t depend on which clinic you walk into.
Local character, kept intact
Each location hires locally, keeps its own hours and personality, and gets to know its own neighborhood — the system stays behind the scenes, not on the sign.
A real mentorship structure
New associate dentists complete a structured mentorship with a senior provider before taking a full patient panel — the same path outlined on our Careers page, not a one-off orientation.
Community, not just patients
Each clinic partners with a local school on basic oral-health education, and the group holds periodic free dental-health days for uninsured neighbors at rotating locations.
